REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12. Certificate in receptionist/Call Centre will be an added advantage. Zero to six months experience in Receptionist / Call Centre. Knowledge: Public Service Regulations (PSR), Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Act (PSA), Operation of Telecommunication Systems, Receptionist etiquettes. Skills: Analytical, Problem Solving, Planning and Organising, Communication (Verbal and Written), Computer literacy, Report Writing, Listening, Customer Focused.

DUTIES : Attend to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Provide receptionist services. Maintain switchboard equipments. Coordinate the booking of boardrooms. General administrative duties as assigned.
